About Fieldplan
Fieldplan is a personal planning application for organising projects, packing lists, tasks, ideas and timelines. It is intended primarily for the authorised Fieldplan user and is not offered as a general public multi-user service.
Use of the service
You may use Fieldplan only for lawful personal or business planning purposes. You are responsible for the information you enter, the devices you use to access Fieldplan, and maintaining control of the Google account authorised for Drive synchronisation.
Google Drive synchronisation
Google Drive sync is optional. When enabled, Fieldplan uses the narrow drive.appdata permission to store Fieldplan's own application data in the authorised user's private Google Drive application-data area. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Availability and backups
Fieldplan is provided on an as-available basis. Although the application is designed to keep a local working copy and optionally synchronise through Google Drive, no software or network service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of data. Important information should be independently backed up where appropriate.
Third-party services
Fieldplan relies on Cloudflare for hosting and authentication infrastructure and on Google for account authorisation and optional Drive application-data storage. Availability of those features can depend on the continued operation and terms of those third-party services.
Changes
Fieldplan and these terms may change as features, hosting or integrations evolve. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
